The purpose of this Here We Stand document is to provide insight into the CGGC's biblical understanding of contemporary issues facing the Church and how congregations and individual Christians can respond. It will serve as an information and conversation piece for any enquiring person. It is designed to serve as a gateway for open conversation and direct ministry in and to the world. Here We Stand is therefore a call for the CGGC, corporately and individually, to engage the world and not shy away from the issues of culture and contemporary life or become a mere by-stander.
